How
Many Yards Do I Need?

| Take
the length times the width and divide by 324. Then times the
inches of depth. For example: A play area that is 20' x
25' and 8" deep with wood chips. Take 20 times 25 which equals
500 square feet. Then divide by 324 to get 1.54 and times that
by 8" deep. Answer is 12.35 yards of wood chips. Because there
is 9 three cubic foot bags per yard, you will need 111 bags of chips. |
