Warranty only applies to the original purchaser.
9. You must bring the damaged pieces
in when picking up the new ones.

The warranty does not include the labor to take the
damaged items off and replace. We do offer this
service for a fee. Warranty claims can only be
processed when all of the above information is
provided. The sizes of the pieces from past to
present change dimensions each year. All warranty
pieces are specially made at our factory with prior
year jigs that have to be set up specifically
to make your piece. Therefore we need extensive
information to insure that we have your piece made
to the proper years dimensions. If we are provided
with incorrect information and the pieces are made
to the requested dimensions Rainbow Playground Depot
will not be liable. If you don't have the above
information, we can disperse a crew out for a
standard fee depending on what size of system you
have and where you live, to make a list of what you
will need. If you are not the original purchaser you
can still provide us with the above information and
we will file a purchase claim in which we can have
prior year parts made for customer purchase. This
also applies to systems that have been damaged by
windstorms, earthquakes, and other acts of God.
