Shipping

Freight is classified as F.O.B. (Freight On Board) which means that the responsibility of the dispatcher is limited to loading the freight on the truck. It is the customer’s responsibility to offload the truck unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Some equipment can weigh several thousand pounds so it is important that you plan how you’re going to offload the truck before you place your order.

Unexpected delays:

We do have a 96% success rate in delivering freight on time although it is very difficult to predict delays that can result from the weather or miscommunication with the truck driver, who is, at one point, the person with the sole responsibility of transporting your equipment. All measures are taken to insure that your freight is delivered on time and free of problems.
